A few years ago we had a major problem with our village website. After doing our research we turned to Kacper and his team at Parrot Creative. We were not disappointed and we were up and running again in not time. When the time came to replace our old WordPress Theme with a new modern one they were our natural choice. From first to last their service has been excellent and their advice and help has turned what was a rather boring website into one which has received nothing but compliments. They are very highly recommended and deserve the rating given.

We come across agencies of varying standards on a daily basis and from what I've seen, I rank Parrot Creative as one of the rare great ones. The fact that this is coming from another local agency owner is a true vote of confidence. Give them a shot :-)

Kacper and his team at Parrot Creative set up a brilliant single-page site for us, exactly to our specifications. He came up with a couple of sensible options for us to present the necessary information and was completely flexible on how we chose to procede. All our questions were answered promptly and professionally, and Parrot prices are spot on. Highly recommend!

TL;DR: Highly recommended hosting company! Great support, perfect up time, actually cares about their customers business, communities, or projects.

I have been using Parrot Creative for a little over three years now for everything from simple Minecraft hosting, to dedicated server hosting, and now web hosting. The owner, Kacper, has always been here to help ever since the beginning. They are my favorite hosting company and I will always go back to them for hosting. Up time has been extremely close to 100%. Over the past three years I think I have only had 2 or 3 outages which were quickly fixed.

Also, their support is amazing. Kacper and his staff have always been able to solve my issues. Even when the problem was something I did to my own server. They have gone above and beyond the support they should offer to their clients many times.

Finally, my favorite thing about them is that they actually care about their customers. Most hosting companies get their clients, then sit back and don't worry about them unless there is a problem. The thing I love about Parrot Creative is that they care about their clients and will actually send out direct messages to their clients to see how they are doing and how they can help and improve things. I haven't seen any other hosting companies that do this, at least on such a personal level.

Thank you very much for the excellent years of service! I highly recommend Parrot Creative.

Sturminster Newton Museum and Mill Society is a charity running a working mill and a small museum in North Dorset.

Kacper of Parrot Creations was recommended to us as the person to help us revitalise our web site. After listening to our needs, concerns and limited computer skills he did further independent research in to the character and location of the buildings. He then made good suggestions as to how we could move forward. Kacper suggested ideas new to us and his patient approach has given us the confidence to further our use of "digital tourism". After updating the site for us , he continues to provide technical support. He works in a business like manor, promptly responding to questions and requests for help.

The committee have been impressed with his excellent approach and his commitment to tasks and would have no hesitation in recommending him and his work.
