I have been using Parrot Creative for a little over three years now for everything from simple Minecraft hosting, to dedicated server hosting, and now web hosting. The owner, Kacper, has always been here to help ever since the beginning. They are my favorite hosting company and I will always go back to them for hosting. Up time has been extremely close to 100%. Over the past three years I think I have only had 2 or 3 outages which were quickly fixed.

Also, their support is amazing. Kacper and his staff have always been able to solve my issues. Even when the problem was something I did to my own server. They have gone above and beyond the support they should offer to their clients many times.

Finally, my favorite thing about them is that they actually care about their customers. Most hosting companies get their clients, then sit back and don't worry about them unless there is a problem. The thing I love about Parrot Creative is that they care about their clients and will actually send out direct messages to their clients to see how they are doing and how they can help and improve things. I haven't seen any other hosting companies that do this, at least on such a personal level.

How long does it take to build the website?

The time it takes to build a website is dependent on your project requirements. We can build a simple website in 1 to 2 weeks. However, larger projects with more pages or more complex functionality can take much longer. Schedule a call or learn about our process.

How do I update the website?

The beauty of pay monthly websites is that you have two options. You can either send your changes to our team, who will make the edits for you, or you can log into the website dashboard day and night to make the edits yourself.

Do you build ecommerce websites?

Yes! Our pay monthly ecommerce websites are tailored to online shops selling simple products (e.g. fashion, jewellery, books, etc.). For more complex online stores, we recommend our traditional web design and development services.

How much does it cost?

Our pay monthly websites start at only £65 per month and are billed by monthly Direct Debit. You can upgrade and downgrade plans, purchase add-ons, and more in your client portal account.

What if I need to cancel my pay monthly website?

If you need to cancel your pay monthly website for any reason, please follow the cancellation steps within the client area. We’ll take your website offline with the ability to reactivate it in the future (just like a paused Netflix or gym membership). Although we have no setup fees, please note that some memberships may have a minimum contract term of 12 months.

Can you update my existing website?

Unfortunately, that’s not something that we can do as part of a pay monthly website subscription. For updates to an existing website, contact our website experts. All pay monthly websites are created from scratch so that we can be certain the job is built to our high standards and the website lasts for years to come.
