We take file and database backups every day and send them to an off-site location. Each backup is held on our secure server for 4 weeks from the time it was created.
Yes. We will send you a monthly summary of any work completed on your site. Most often this is a list of what has been updated and any actions required on your part to ensure continued security of your site.
Our monthly maintenance, backups and support costs £45 per calendar month for WordPress websites and is billed via bank transfer or Direct Debit on a monthly basis.
WooCommerce (ecommerce) websites cost £60 per calendar month to maintain due to additional complexity and security requirements surrounding client and transaction data.
